About the Recipe

SunnyB Cheese and Chutney scrolls

Ingredients

Basic Dough

1 ½ cup warm water

1 sachet (8g) Instant Dry Yeast

1 t sugar

1 t salt

1 Tablespoon Oil

400 g flour

Filling

½ cup chutney

¼ cup sunny b

150 g chopped ham

2 cups cheese

Egg or milk for brushing dough

Preparation

Put flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl, and mix in water and oil.

Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 min. Drizzle oil over dough

and cover with a cloth, place in a warm place to rise until dough is double in size

(about 45 min).

Knock back the dough and divide in two. Lightly sprinkle a surface with flour and roll out

each piece into about 25cm x 30 cm rectangle.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray (33cm x 24 cm) with

baking paper.

Mix the chutney and SunnyB in a small bowl, spread over each piece of dough,

sprinkle with ham, and lastly sprinkle the cheese over. Start from the longest

side of the dough and carefully lift up the dough and roll it over into a log.

Cut each log into half and then into 5 so you can get 10 pieces out of a log. Place each

piece cut side up onto the baking tray. Brush top with milk or whisk 1 egg to use for

brushing. Bake for 20-25 min until golden on top and fully cooked.
