Time to jazz up your everyday muesli
Ingredients
2 c Rolled oats
1 c Coconut threads
1 c Puffed Brown Rice
1 c Puffed Quinoa
½ c Sunflower seeds
¼ c Pumpkin seeds
¼ c Linseeds
¼ c Sunny B sunflower seed butter
¼ c Honey
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Combine the oats, coconut, seeds, puffed rice, and quinoa in a large bowl.
In a small pot heat up SunnyB, honey, and coconut oil over medium heat, stir until smooth. Take off heat and stir SunnyB mixture in with oat mixture, toss to coat.
Divide the mixture evenly over the two trays and bake for 8 min or until starting to brown on top.
Let it cool down and store it in an airtight container.
