About the Recipe

Time to jazz up your everyday muesli

Ingredients

2 cup Rolled oats

1 cup Coconut threads

1 cup Puffed Brown Rice

1 cup Puffed Quinoa

½ cup Sunflower seeds

¼ cup Pumpkin seeds

¼ cup Linseeds

¼ cup Sunny B sunflower seed butter

¼ cup Honey

2 Tbsp Coconut oil

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C. Line 2  large baking trays with baking paper.

  • Combine the oats, coconut, seeds, puffed rice, and quinoa in a large bowl.

  • In a small pot heat up SunnyB, honey, and coconut oil over medium heat,   stir until smooth.   Take off heat and stir SunnyB mixture in with oat mixture,  toss to coat.

  • Divide the mixture evenly over the two trays and bake for 8 min or until starting to brown on top.

  • Let it cool down and store it in an airtight container.
