About the Recipe

A creamy chocolate coffee smoothie made with SunnyB Chocolate Sunflower Butter, banana and vanilla protein powder. perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 freshly brewed coffee (long black or espresso, approx. 125 ml), cooled

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp SunnyB Chocolate Sunflower Butter

  • ¼ cup milk (optional)

  • Ice

Preparation

Method

  1. Brew the coffee and allow it to cool slightly.

  2. Add the banana, coffee, protein powder, SunnyB Chocolate Sunflower Butter, milk if using, and a handful of ice to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away.


Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or use a frozen banana.

  • For a creamier texture, include the milk.

  • Best served ice cold.
