These SunnyB sunflower butter cookies are a simple, nut-free twist on the classic peanut butter cookie. They’re super easy to make and perfect for everyday baking. Whether you’re baking for school lunchboxes or just want a reliable, allergy-friendly treat, this recipe delivers every time.

Ingredients
1 cup SunnyB sunflower seed butter
¾–1 cup sugar
1 egg
⅓ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Roll into balls and place on a lined tray.
Flatten with a fork.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set.
Allow to cool on the tray. The cookies will firm up as they cool.
Store in an airtight container at room temp, 3–5 days.
