About the Recipe
These delicious chocolate SunnyB Rice pops bars are nut free and perfect to add to school lunchboxes or as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Honey
1 1/2 cups chocolate buttons or chips
1 cup SunnyB smooth
4 cups Rice Pops
Preparation
Line a 20x30 cm baking tray with baking paper.
Place butter and honey in a medium to large size pot. Stir over medium heat until butter is melted, stir chocolate chips in until smooth.
Take off heat and stir in Sunny B.
Add rice pops and stir through.
Transfer mixture into prepared dish, push down with a fork until evenly spread.
Refrigerate until set and cut into squares. Enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge
Notes
Ingredient substitudes:
- Butter: You can replace butter with coconut oil.
- Honey: Golden syrup or Maple syrup will work.
